Who is Kadek
Kadek is a construction supervisor working on residential and commercial sites in Bali. He runs the day-to-day of the site: crews, schedules, materials, quality checks and communication with the owner.
His approach is simple: the owner should not need to stand on site to know what is happening. The site reports to the owner — with photos, logs and clear decisions on record.

I live abroad. How will I know what happens on site?
You receive daily logs with photos and weekly summaries. Every defect and decision is recorded — you can check the site from any timezone.
Does Kadek replace a contractor?
No. Kadek manages and controls the site; construction is done by crews and contractors. His role is to make them work as one system in your interest.
Can Kadek take over a problem site?
Yes — it starts with an audit: an independent inspection, comparison with drawings and a written picture of the real state. Then a recovery plan.
How does payment control work?
Budget categories with planned / approved / spent amounts. You see what you allow to be seen, and nothing is paid without a record.
What languages does Kadek work in?
Indonesian and English on site. The dashboard and reports are available in English, Indonesian and Russian.
Is my project data private?
Yes. Each client sees only their own projects. Financial data and exact addresses are hidden by default and shared only by your decision.
